My sector of action is the South of France, Languedoc - with Cevennes and Provence which have links very close trés, specially the language and the culture, among others, which date front French. In the cultural and linguistic point of view, both keep pace, the Rhône, the border of both administrative regions, do not manage to differentiate strikingly Languedoc and Provence. After the Latin spoken by Romain, the evolution - invasions, exchanges .... - in engendered differences in the languages. In the South of France, Aquitaine in Italy, the Occitan was the language of this country. It is the banner of our region today: langue d'oc.

It is always used according to places, by the oldest or all those who by contacts or studies have in heart to make it live. The custom or the simple understanding of this one allows, for example in Cevennes, to know better and to appreciate, the life, the story of this country and to understand better its names of places or persons.

L'usança o la simpla compreneson d'aquesta d'aquí, permés, per exemple en Cevenas, de mièlhs conéisser e presar, la vida, l'istòria d'aquel país, e de mièlhs comprene sos noms de luòcs o de personas.
